Dave Walden

Education: Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical Engineering, June 2007

Dave's two previous work experiences were with AMEC America's Ltd. where he took part in small to medium sized projects preparing loop sheets, P & C Diagrams and PLC logic design. Dave trasfered to the University of Victoria from Selkirk College in September 2004. Dave is now pursuing a career in Lloydminster, Alberta, at E2 Engineering Consulting.

Jamie Hargreaves

Education: Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical Engineering, June 2007

Jamie's previous work experience has been in the pulp and paper industry working for Catalyst Paper Corp. and Abitibi Consoidated Ltd.. He has experience load shedding power schemes and motor protection. Jamie transfered to the University of Victoria from Camosun College in September 2004. Jamie is currently working in Burnaby, B.C., for BC Hydro.

Jim Rippon

Education: Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical Engineering, August 2006

Jim's previous work experience has stretched several fields. Jim has worked in the Oil/Gas and in the construction industry for Husky Oil and Defence Construction Canada, respectively. Jim is now pursuing a career in power engineering at the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO), located in Calgary, Alberta.

Dr. A.K.S. Bhat, F.I.E.E.E., P.Eng.

Dr. Bhat was the faculty Supervisor for this project.
