Note: Top waveform is input line voltage, bottom waveform is input line current. The power factor is not quite perfect yet, but this is much better than observed only a week prior to demonstration. The results here have since been improved to the results seen on the results page.

Zero Voltage Switching in Action

We can see here that Vds drops down to zero before Vgs is initiated. The zero voltage region between the two waveforms is what reduces the losses and makes the ZVT circuit more efficient.
