Design and development of engineering systems using analytical and experimental approaches; advanced global imaging techniques for quantitative analysis of flow phenomena.
Areas of application include: flow-induced noise and vibrations, wind and tidal turbines, biomimetic propulsion, flow structures in fuel cells, flows through prosthetic heart valves.
Special interest in experimental and analytical study of flow-acoustic interactions, biomimetic propulsion, cardiovascular flows, and wind turbines.
