Explores processes and framework for obtaining, retaining, assigning and licensing selected Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) including industrial and entertainment-related IPRs. Instruction and evaluation involves principally the completion of appropriate documentation and includes strategies for protecting, managing and marketing IPRs.
