Examines relations between federal, provincial/territorial, municipal and Indigenous governments in Canada across a range of complex policy areas. Topics include managing intergovernmental disputes, the role of fiscal transfers and the changing nature of our federation. Individual and/or team projects explore the state of our social, economic and environmental union.
