Description
Public International Law is concerned with the legal relations of states and the individuals who compose them. Explores the way in which sovereign powers choose to govern their interrelationships and analyzes problems which confront them. Topics include an examination of the international legal system, modes of international law creation and law enforcement as well as the process of international adjudication.
