Description

Seminar review of theory and research examining psychological processes during adolescence and in the transition to adulthood. Specific topics include brain development, biological maturation, cognitive development, social-emotional development, parent-adolescent relations, gender roles, sexuality and problem behaviour. Attention is given to the role of the social and cultural context in adolescent development.
