Description

Enhances participants' understanding of the meaning of leadership and the tasks of management. Worldviews that influence perceptions of health care and health organizations and current approaches to managing health care are studied. Nursing leadership in establishing a climate in which quality of care and quality work environments can become a reality are emphasized.
