Description

An examination of several aspects of commercial law that are particularly relevant to those who own, manage or are employed by a business enterprise. Subjects that are addressed include common law doctrines (such as contract and negligence), legislation (such as the Business Corporations Act) and other legal principles that affect business decision making in a global environment.
