LAW318 - Remedies

Description

Highlights the interaction between the various substantive areas of private law: torts, property, contract and restitution. Additionally, the interaction between the common law and equity systems is developed conceptually and historically. Topics include questions regarding damages, specific remedies, restitution, as well as analysis for alternative methods of remedial action through compensation schemes.
