Description

Explores the historical roots of current social, political and cultural issues in North America through an examination of Europe’s legacy in North America and our contemporary presuppositions of what it means to be Western and European. Provides a critical overview of the history of European ideas through the lens of contemporary topics such as human rights, decolonization, religious tolerance, diversity, euthanasia, etc.
