Description

Focuses on developing students’ knowledge and skills in leadership in the early years sector, including policy engagement, advocacy, supervision, mentorship and the program planning cycle; encompassing needs assessment, stakeholder engagement, and program monitoring and evaluation. Students add to their professional portfolio, including creating a comprehensive program proposal.
