LAW363 - Conflict of Laws
Description
Seeks to illustrate problems arising out of the interaction of laws and legal systems. Such important questions as choice of law, recognition of foreign judgments, doctrines of domicile and renvoi are investigated in order to develop an understanding of the choices and values inherent in decision making in this area.
