Description

An exploration of a range of methods for meeting the needs of children who require additional supports. Focuses on planning for inclusive child care while incorporating environmental and contextual supports, including the family. Students examine the principles of inclusive child care within the current policy and statutory environment. Students locate resources within the context of rural practice and critically examine the principle of cultural responsiveness in inclusive child care.
