LING185 - Indigenous Language Revitalization Practicum
Description
A 70 or 140 hour work-study under the mentorship of an Elder or fluent speaker to develop understanding of local language preservation and revitalization issues and strategies. Focus on local language revitalization program planning and collaboration with local language workers.

Prerequisites
- Admission to one of BEd or Diploma program in Indigenous Language Revitalization, Certificate in Indigenous Language Proficiency, Certificate in Indigenous Language Revitalization
- or permission of the department.
