FRAN458 - French Thought from Descartes to Postmodernism and Beyond
Description
Examines conceptions of the individual and the subject from Enlightenment Humanism to contemporary Posthumanisms. Looks at philosophy, literature and culture more generally in order to understand how identity is conceived. Offered in French.
