The application of central theoretical concepts in Indigenous Studies to field-based practice. Students will have the opportunity to learn about traditional Indigenous teachings and practices through community- and land-based opportunities.

      • IS310 - LE,NONET Preparation Seminar (1.5)
      • IS310A - LE,NONET Preparation Seminar (1.5)
      • IS310B - Major Preparation Seminar (1.5)
      • IS350 - Methods, Ethics, Protocols (1.5)
    • minimum third-year standing
    • declared Major in Indigenous Studies.

Recommendations

  • IS 301 and IS 350 prior to IS 450.
