POLI378 - Comparative Federalism
Description
Examines a variety of developed and developing federations with a view to improving our understanding of the relationship between formal federal arrangements and their underlying political communities. The factors affecting the governance, administration and policy performance of federations are examined. The broad objective is to use comparative experience to improve our understanding of Canadian federalism.
