Workshop assignments in composing and structuring original soundtracks and sound design for film and plays. The screenplay as a narrative guide for orchestration, timing and pace, and character development through musical devices is explored through exercises.

    • MUS205 - Music Composition I (1.5)

    • MUS405 - Music Composition III (3.0)

Recommendations

  • MUS 105, or MUS 101A and MUS 101B highly recommended prior to MUS 352.
