The basic issues facing producers of non-profit professional theatre in Canada. Models studied range from the large (regional or festival theatres) to the small (fringe shows). Topics include mandates and artistic vision; incorporation and governance of non-profit societies; creation of artistic vision; fundamentals of budgeting marketing, development and production management strategies.
