Description

Introduction to behavioural concepts and tools that assist the manager in both understanding behaviour in organizations and improving organizational effectiveness. Topics include individual motivation, perception and communication, managerial roles, schools of management theories, group processes and team work, leadership, supervision and introduction to organizational structure, processes and culture.
