LAW353A - Environmental Law Centre Clinic - Intensive

Description

Provides opportunity to engage in public interest environmental lawyering in a supervised clinical setting working in a team environment and on multiple client projects. Students provide legal information and capacity to environmental, community and Indigenous organizations; and develop case and file management, client counselling, advocacy, and legal research and writing skills. Students meet with ELC staff and other students on a weekly basis, contribute to case development, and deliver client-centred projects on multiple files.
